About me

As a girl who is not naturally slim and in shape, I understand the struggle and desire for change. I’ve been there. I tried every fad diet, I would over-train, burn out over and over again, I understand the struggles of not feeling confident in your own skin. It wasn’t until I learned how to properly fuel my body with food I love, find structured workouts that would actually give me results, and stay active outside of the gym that everything changed.

Through perseverance and dedication, I have achieved the body of my dreams, and I want to reassure you that you can do the same. As an online and in-person fitness coach, I am here to guide and support you on your journey toward reaching your fitness goals.

 If you hate your plan, you won’t stick to it. That’s why I teach my clients how to build a lifestyle. Not a quick fix, not a ‘summer shredder’ that will fade in August, and not an exhausting plan they don’t feel they can stick to—just long-lasting results through consistency and lifestyle changes.
